The aim of the Club is to provide a social and business meeting place for professional journalists, both Brussels-based and visiting. It will be a platform for press conferences, public debates among media, representatives of the European institutions, civil society organisations, the Belgian economy, science and cultural life. Members will benefit from the self-service bar and the restricted Lounge Area. Coffee & croissants for early birds and a variety of European newspapers and ‘revue de presse’ will be provided.
The Club promotes interaction with the accredited embassies and representations of the European regions as well with the existing Press Clubs all over the world. The premises of the Press Club Brussels Europe are available not just for professional, social and cultural events but also as a conference centre for third parties. The Club offers a state-of-the-art infrastructure and technical installations for conferences and business events. The Club is equipped with a studio, live streaming equipments and a podcast room which are all parts of the 400 m2 venue.
The members of the Club can rent the premise for private events such as conferences, panel discussions, birthdays, farewell or welcome parties. For visitors and guests of the Club, touristic and cultural information will be available at the Welcome desk of Visit Brussels, the official tourist office of the Brussels Capital Region.
