While Julian Assange is still awaiting the outcome of his appeal against the first extradition decision made by the British Court and the UK government, his wife, Stella Assange, will be the special guest of the Millennium International Documentary Film Festival to present the Belgian premiere of the “Ithaka – A Fight to Free Julian Assange” documentary directed by Ben Lawrence.Filmed over two years across the UK, Europe and the US, this documentary follows 76 year-old retired builder, John Shipton’s tireless campaign to save his son, Julian Assange.
