Screening of “20 Days in Mariupol” Oscar winning documentary with the film director – 17th April 5.00 pm, Room ASP3E2.

EPP, S&D and Renew Europe are pleased to invite you to the screening of the Oscar winning documentary “20 Days in Mariupol” on 17^th April. The film draws on Mstyslav Chernov’s daily news dispatches and personal footage of Ukraine at war during the first 20 days of Russia’s war of aggression.

We will have the honour of welcoming as a guest the film director Mr Mstyslav Chernovfor an exchange after the screening.

We will also be joined by:

–          Ms Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine

–          Mr Vadym Boychenko, Mayor of Mariupol

–          Mr Vaagn Mnatsakanyan, protagonist of the documentary

–          Ms Věra Jourová, Vice-President of the European Commission

–          Ms Iratxe García Pérez, Chair of the S&D Group

–          Ms Valérie Hayer, Chair of the Renew Europe Group

–          Ms Sandra Kalniete, MEP of the EPP Group
