On the occasion of his European Tour and before the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris, the Prime Minister of Tuvalu Enele Sopoaga presented on Monday 6 July 2015 at the Press Club Brussels Europe the actions and strategies of his administration to make Tuvalu less vulnerable to climate change. The Prime Minister of the small Pacific island nation of Tuvalu has compared climate change to a weapon of mass destruction and says that his country and many other low-lying Pacific nations are facing serious threats from global warming.
