- Alisher Ilkhamov, a senior researcher at the University of London. A leading voice in the campaign against the proposed reactors in Uzbekistan, the same model reactors as at the controversial plant in Ostrovets, Belarus, alongside EU borders at Lithuania.
- Stephen Komarnycky, award-winning Latvian journalist with an interest in the politics of the nuclear sector.
