The International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Assembly of European Regions (AER) are pleased to invite you to the Includ-EU High-level Dialogue and Press Briefing on 6 September.
The Includ-EU project, funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund of the European Union, is set to host its final conference on the 6th and 7th of September 2023 in Brussels.
The Includ-EU project has successfully implemented innovative pilot initiatives across Spain, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Romania, and the Netherlands, addressing discrimination, fostering integration, and embracing diversity. These initiatives have been aligned with the key integration priorities outlined in the EU Action Plan on Integration and Inclusion 2021-27.
Additionally, the project has achieved the creation of an informal network of regions and local authorities which capitalises on diverse territorial approaches, policies and practices fostering integration in health care, education, labour inclusion, housing and encounters with the host communities.
The high-level dialogue will bring together policymakers, institutions, civil society and private sector representatives to learn about the project’s results and key findings. It seeks to stimulate meaningful discussions and share best practices, in view of improving policies for an inclusive Europe with a multi-stakeholder and transnational peer learning approach.
