Assistant Secretary Cooper will participate in the Munich Security Conference from February 14-15, 2020. He will discuss efforts by the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs to build stronger regional security cooperation relationships and encourage regional allies and partners to continue to buy American. Assistant Secretary Cooper will take questions from participating journalists.
