Today! U.S. Secretary of State Michael Pompeo To Deliver a Speech in Brussels
U.S. Secretary of State Michael Pompeo will deliver a speech on “Restoring the Role of the Nation-State in the Liberal International Order” at the German Marshall Fund in Brussels.
While in Brussels, Secretary Pompeo will participate in the semi-annual meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers to review progress made in implementing the agenda agreed by NATO Heads of State and Government at the Brussels Summit in July. Ministers will also discuss transatlantic security issues, as well as NATO operations and partnerships, including NATO’s deepening relationship with critical partners Georgia and Ukraine.
