Today saw the launch of the first edition of Speed Dating Good Food, organised jointly by visit.brussels and Brussels Environment at Be-Here. A day of encounters for professionals in search of producers, artisans and suppliers who meet the Good Food criteria, a strategy that aims to foster a sustainable food system, with short supply chains, within the capital. This year, around a hundred professionals from the MICE industry, along with restaurant owners and canteen managers, producers and processors, got together to set up partnerships that are both sustainable and local.
