EU leaders will meet in Lefkosia and Agia Napa (Cyprus) on 23-24 April for an informal meeting of heads of state and government.
The leaders will be joined by key regional partners in the Middle East for an informal working lunch on 24 April.
The informal meeting will be chaired by the President of the European Council, António Costa, and hosted by the President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides.

Accreditation and access for the media
All media representatives wishing to cover the meeting are required to obtain accreditation by submitting an application through the Cyprus EU Presidency accreditation platform.
The deadline for the submission of accreditation applications expired on 8 April 2026.
Journalists wishing to travel to Agia Napa on 23 April must make a request by sending an email to media@cyprus2026eu.gov.cy, indicating their pick-up location.
The Cyprus Presidency will also provide buses to transport journalists from Larnaka to the press centre in Lefkosia on 23 and 24 April. Journalists interested in using this service should register at media@cyprus2026eu.gov.cy.
