The Eurogroup will hear a presentation by the International Monetary Fund on the findings of the Article IV review and its recent analysis of internal barriers in the single market. Ministers will also discuss national budgetary developments in the context of the new fiscal framework. The Eurogroup will welcome Bulgarian representatives and discuss and endorse a draft recommendation by euro area member states to the Council on Bulgaria’s adoption of the euro. Ministers will receive updates on the technical progress of the digital euro project.
