of “The Eyes of War” exhibition at Press Club Brussels and the European Parliament.
The programme includes meetings and debates on war journalism, media responsibility, Russian disinformation in Europe, and resilience against disinformation. Journalists, photojournalists, experts and representatives of European institutions will discuss the role of independent journalism in wartime and the challenges Russian propaganda poses to European media and societies

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Polish photographers have made up the largest group of foreign war correspondents. It is their photos that appear in the media all over the world. They are on the front lines, in destroyed towns and villages, accompanying soldiers and ordinary people. They document their struggle and suffering during this unprovoked, already more than a thousand-day-long defense of their country and freedom. They are the eyes of war; they are our eyes
