The Eurogroup will take stock of macroeconomic developments and the outcomes of the annual international meetings in Washington DC. The chairs of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the Single Resolution Board will update ministers of countries participating in the banking union as part of their biannual reports. Ministers will also focus on euro area competitiveness, aiming to adopt a formal statement, and will follow up on the implementation of the capital markets union.
