AFRICAN UNION – EUROPEAN UNION SUMMIT
Under Angola’s Presidency of the African Union, the Republic of Angola will host the African Union – European Union Summit in Luanda, on 24 and 25 November 2025.
Accordingly, and for all intents and purposes, the Technical Support Group to the Interministerial Commission tasked with Preparing, Coordinating, and Organising the African Union – European Union Summit hereby announces that media accreditation for outlets and professionals wishing to cover this high-level event is open until 10 November 2025.

Please note that international media organisations must attach the technical and visual specifications of any equipment they intend to bring and use in Luanda as part of their registration application.
As for entry visas to Angolan territory, a simplified mechanism has been adopted for this event, allowing border visas to be issued upon arrival in the country. Special teams will be stationed to facilitate this process.
