From 15 to 18 February, Brussels will be decked out in all its finery for the Bright Festival. The programme includes two original routes through several Brussels municipalities enhanced by more than twenty art installations. And that’s not all! This year, the Belgian presidency of the Council of the European Union will be honoured with a number of light installations created by international artists. Lastly, these four evenings will be punctuated by a fringe programme offered by several museums and shops. It’s time to discover the programme for this year’s event.
