The streets of Europe’s capital will once again be decked out in the colours of the rainbow for Brussels Pride. This year marks the 30th anniversary of Brussels hosting this celebration of diversity and 30 years of advocacy and visibility for the LGBTQIA+ community. The theme of Brussels Pride 2026 is When Times Get Darker, We Shine Brighter. It’s a powerful and unifying message, more necessary than ever in a troubled global context where all to often the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community remain under threat.
