President of the European Council, António Costa, President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen and Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney, met in Montreal (Canada) on 29-30 October 2026 for the 21st summit between the European Union and Canada.
During the summit, the leaders agreed on a joint statement.
