On 4-6 November, High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP) Kaja Kallas will be on an official visit to Lisbon, Portugal.
On Thursday the HR/VP will hold a bilateral meeting with the Portuguese Minister of National Defence, Nuno Melo. The HR/VP will also meet with Portuguese Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, followed by a joint press conference at +/- 19:00 local time.
The High Representative will visit the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), where she will meet with EMSA Executive Director, Maja Markovčić Kostelac.
