On 13-14 September, High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP) Kaja Kallas will travel to Rovaniemi, Finland, to participate in the European Arctic Summit.
On 13 September, HR/VP Kallas will participate in a working dinner with the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb and other European leaders.
On 14 September, HR/VP Kallas will visit the Lapland Air Wing before delivering doorstep remarks ahead of the European Arctic Summit at around 10:20 CEST. At the Summit, the HR/VP will take part in the working session on current developments, security and the future outlook for the Arctic.
Later that day, HR/VP Kallas will visit the “Arctic Opposites” exhibition and participate in a meeting on the EU’s role and actions in the Arctic.
